What does 7.5 mm mean for green cardamom?

Grade refers to the bore size of the capsule. 7.5 mm capsules are hand-sorted at our Idukki factory. Larger bores command a higher price and are preferred for gifting and premium retail; smaller, split and rejection grades are typically used for grinding and food manufacturing.
